These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, rentals, and services provided by Redwolf Media, including digital standees, LED video walls, touch kiosks, digital signage, hologram fans, and related digital display solutions. By placing an order or renting equipment from us, the client is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
For sales, a minimum 70% advance is required to confirm the order, and the balance must be paid before dispatch. For rentals, full payment or 50% advance (based on project size) must be made prior to installation. All payments must be made via bank transfer, UPI, or any approved payment mode. GST is applicable as per government norms.
Delivery timelines depend on product availability and client location. Installation will be done by authorized Redwolf Media technicians. Any additional manpower, special permissions, or venue charges must be borne by the client. For outstation events, travel, food, and accommodation charges, if applicable, must be covered by the client.
Rental equipment must be used only for the agreed purpose and in a safe environment. The client is responsible for the security and safety of the equipment during the rental period. Any damage due to mishandling, power fluctuations, water exposure, or physical impact will be chargeable to the client. Equipment must not be moved from the installed location without prior permission.
The client shall be fully liable for any loss, theft, or damage caused to the equipment during rental or after delivery (for sales, until the warranty period begins). Redwolf Media is not responsible for damages caused due to improper site conditions, unstable power supply, or third-party interference.
All products sold by Redwolf Media come with a standard one-year manufacturer warranty unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation. Warranty does not cover physical damage, burnt panels due to power issues, water damage, or damages caused by unauthorized service. On-site service availability depends on the customer’s location.
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after production has begun. Refunds, if any, are processed only if Redwolf Media is unable to deliver the product due to internal reasons. Rental bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the event time may attract cancellation charges.
All digital content (images, videos, logos) provided for playback must be given in the required format. The client is responsible for ensuring they own the rights to the content used on digital displays. Redwolf Media is not liable for any copyright issues arising from the client’s content.
Clients must provide stable power supply (230V AC) for all installations. Equipment must be kept away from water, dust, extreme heat, open sunlight (unless specified for outdoor use), or hazardous surroundings.
All rental equipment remains the sole property of Redwolf Media at all times. Clients may not resell, pawn, sub-lease, or modify the equipment.
Any disputes arising out of transactions with Redwolf Media will fall under the jurisdiction of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
